Shipping & Returns


  • Surfside Paddle Sports currently only ships within Canada. For international orders, please Contact Us directly. 

  • Surfside Paddlesports ship via Canada Post and Aces Courier, or FAS Delivery Solutions. 

  • Shipping is not insured or guaranteed.

  • Surfside Paddlesports accepts no liability for shipments that are delayed, damaged, lost, or otherwise undelivered.

  • Surfside Paddlesports does deliver Large items, such as kayaks. They must be shipped with a courier service. Contact Us directly for a shipping quote.

  • Shipping costs are provided by Canada Post and Aces Courier or FAS Delivery Solutions based on the destination and packaged weight/dimensions of the product(s).

  • If certain shipping methods are not available it may be because the product(s) exceed the size/weight limit for that carrier or service, or because the carrier does not service that particular area.

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, if dispatch is delayed (this could be due to postage service), we will contact you. We are unable to ship orders on weekends. Any orders that are placed on a Friday after our regular pickup hours, will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is a holiday).

  • If you require insurance on a  shipment please Contact Surfside Paddlesports for assistance.

In Store Pickup

  • For Surfside Paddlesports in Stock-Pickup, please purchase online and select “In Store Pickup” from the shipping options.

  • Surfside Paddle Sports will send you an email or call you when your order is ready for pick up.

  • Pick Up orders are ready within the same day when placed before 12pm, and within one day if placed after 12pm. Regular store hours are 10am - 6pm every day. Hours vary on holidays.

  • When picking up, you will need to show your photo ID and credit card matching the transaction.



  • All items at Surfside PaddleSports can be returned up to 30 days from the shipping date. Please contact us before returning an item. Return policies on items vary. 

  • All return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Surfside Paddlesports is unable to exchange or refund items that are lost in the mail or incorrectly delivered.

  • All returned items must be in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • All sale, demo and used items are final sale.

  • Special order items are final sale. 

  • Any item that has been cut, glued, mounted, or waxed is final sale (including paddles, skis, poles, bindings etc.)

  • For returns of items that have been purchased online, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).


  • If you have an issue with a product that you think may be covered under warranty, please Contact Us. Proof of purchase will be required to proceed with a warranty claim. Please have all of this info ready, and send it to us in your initial message. 

  • Used and demo items are not covered under warranty.

  • Warranties cover manufacturer defects only. Damage sustained from a crash, fall, misuse, abuse, poor handling and storage, etc is not covered under warranty. 

  • Once we receive the appropriate information, we will begin the process of submitting a warranty claim to the manufacturer. The final decision of whether an item will be covered under warranty will be made by the manufacturer. Surfside Paddlesports simply just submits the claim. 

  • A repair, replacement or refund will be provided based on the determination of the manufacturer (the remedy offered may depend on the situation and will be at the discretion of the manufacturer).

  • If an item is deemed to be covered under warranty, and an exact replacement is not available, we will continue to work with the manufacturer to provide an appropriate alternative.

  • While we do our best to ensure that warranties are processed in a timely manner, if the manufacturer is experiencing higher than normal volume there may be delays that are out of our control. We will keep you posted the best we can during the process. 

  • In some cases it may be required to ship potential warranty items back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for covering these costs, and the decision as to whether the item will be covered under warranty is made by the manufacturer only after they receive the returned item. 

  • All of our brands have slightly different warranty policies. Please reach out to us if you have questions.
