The Stellar 14' Low Volume (S14-LV) Touring Kayak is in response to demand for a smaller version of our popular S14. Designed for speed and stability for small to medium sized paddlers for recreational outings to touring and fitness paddling, the S14-LV has the speed of a much longer boat. Two water tight hatches allow for ample storage for day and overnight trips, while the retractable skeg in the stern helps with tracking. The S14-LV comes standard with fittings to add an over stern rudder for those who prefer them. Its light weight makes it ideal for those who want a high performance boat, but are short on storage space and and want an easier time loading and unloading from a vehicle.

Stellar S14 LV Advantage Red/White/White
This laminate is Soric cored fiberglass with a gelcoat exterior, making is stiffer and lighter than the Sport, but also at a good price point. This laminate has better performance than the Sport, but also similar toughness and ability to absorb some abuse. This is our most popular boat for touring and entry level surf skis for its combination of durability, stiffness, weight and price.
